Schulman & Associates, LLC was founded in 2006 by David Schulman, a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas. He is a Kansas City native who for 4 years, had been actively involved in all aspects of the auction business with one of Kansas City's largest auction and real estate marketing firms.
Prior to that, David had a successful career in the Information Technology field, with emphasis on networking and systems management. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with degrees in Business and Computer Science, and is a 2002 graduate of Missouri Auction School. David obtained his real estate salesperson's license in 2004 and his real estate broker's license in 2006.
Throughout the years David has amassed a network of professional contacts in the auction, realty and IT businesses that have provided a strong, working foundation for Schulman & Associates, LLC.
